NORRIDGEWOCK - Ronald Lee Rainey, 71, passed away at his home April 4, 2015 surrounded by family. He was born May 11, 1943 in Compton, Calif., the son of James Harry and Helen Nadine (Cook) Rainey.

On Feb. 26, 1988, he married Belinda T. Carter in Santa Ana, Calif.

He enjoyed woodworking. Ronald and his wife were long haul team drivers, and they loved every second of it, he was always so perfect at all he would do. "Rest in peace babe, summer misses you also."

Ronald is survived by his wife of 33 years, Belinda T. (Carter) Rainey of Norridgewock; three sons, Dan Glen of Skowhegan, Will of Skowhegan, and Robert of San Jose, Calif., daughter, Ronda of Phoenix, Ariz., two step-children, Valerie Gilbert, and Robie Laweryson; sister, Renelle of Arizona, brother, Russell of Poway, Calif., brother-in-law, George of Skowhegan; two grandchildern, Travis Gilbert Kassandra Gilbert, Dan Laweryson; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
