Margaret Ann (Peg) Macurdy was the 5th child of Samuel David Freehling and the 5th child born to Margaret (Maggie) Hutzler. Margaret Ann (Peg) was born 30 Mar 1916 in Marwood, Butler County, PA when Alvin Willis was 15 years old, Ethel Irene was 13 years old, Ruth Evelyn was 11 years old and Paul Hutzler was 8 years old. Margaret Ann (Peg) married Russell Lowry Macurdy on 25 May 1939 at the age of 23. . Margaret Ann (Peg) died 4 Jun 1998 at the age of 82.
