John Foster Sutton, aged 73, a former resident of Butler County, died Tuesday at his residence in Akron, O. The body will arrive in Butler Friday and will be buried at 3 pm from the Dengler funeral chapel, West Jefferson St. Interment will be in Rose Hill cemetery.

Mr. Sutton is survived by his widow, Jennie. E. Sutton; three sons, Jerry of Earley, Pa., Kenneth and James Sutton of Canton, O.; and three daughters, Celia Sutton and Mrs. Lottie McEldowney of Akron, O., and Mrs. Edith McConnell of Canton, O.; also two sisters, Mrs. J. E. Farnsworth and Mrs. L. Litzenberg of Greece City; and three brothers, Platt Sutton of Greece City, James Sutton of Mercer and J. P. Sutton of Greece City.>/p>
