Based on my research, Jeremiah and Jeannette appear to be the same people that enabled the Jeremiah and Jeanette Sutton Scholarship Fund with a portion of their estate provided to their daughter, C. Beckwith Sutton for the purpose of the endowment. The fund is administered by the Concord Presbyterian Church in West Sunbury, PA.

The purpose of the fund is stated as follows by documentation provided by the church: The Jeremiah and Jeannette Sutton Scholarship Fund is available as a result of a generous bequest by C. Beckwith Sutton in honor of his parents. In his Last Will and Testament, Mr. Sutton left a portion of his estate to establish an endowment, the income from said fund to be used for the youth of the Concord Church.
